Do Digital Cable Filters Really Work? Installation and Wholesaler

Everyone has heared of the Digital Cable Filter which supposedly lets you test your Digital Cable box and order movies for Free. For this blog I will actually test one of these Digital Cable Filters and see if it works

First I did a little research, I found out that the digital Cable Filter is just a high pass filter that works at 54-1000mhz.

I found a wholesaler with the filter at tvgizmo.com were I bought the Filter.

It came in the mail yesterday, the way this filter works is it blocks the signal from your digital cable box to your service provider -- then you have to reset your boxes memory, in order to remove the pay-per-view from its memory. The Kool thing is that it actually works if you can manage to erase your boxes memory, I had a motorola Box and after the first reset I checked my order history and it was completely gone. I unscrewed the filter and i checked my bill online and there was no charge. So two Thumbs Up From Me.

Step 1. Unscrew your cable from the INPUT of your receiver box.
Step 2. Screw the filter onto the INPUT of your receiver box.
Step 3. Screw cable onto the filter.
Step 4. Order a pay per view and check your bill to see you haven't been charged!
